ADHD & AuDHD COACHING
ADHD, Business, & Executive Coaching for neurodivergent adults (Autistic, AuDHD, & ADHD) in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. I specialize in working with women in tech, entrepreneurs, new moms, and creatives.
I take a collaborative and highly customized approach that begins and ends with each client’s personal formula for success. I can help you learn how your brain works, uncover your strengths, get clear on what matters most, and start taking positive, aligned action.
As a coach and neurodivergent (AuDHD: ADHD + Autistic) person, I appreciate the value of having an honest, kind, and fiercely compassionate partner to navigate the ups and downs of the neurodivergent journey. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and connection, so you can work towards the life you’ve always dreamed of.
MEET CAITLIN
CERTIFIED ADHD & LIFE COACH (ACCG, PCAC)
Hi! I’m Caitlin O’Brient Bauer, an ACCG advanced certified ADHD Coach trained by the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), PCAC certified coach (PAAC), & a member of the ICF.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 8 and recently learned I am also Autistic. It took finding genuine interest in my first love, the theatre, to start engaging my strengths and growing beyond the limitations of my “condition.” I went on to earn a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami (Go Canes!) and work in professional theatre. I also have over a decade of entrepreneurial expertise from running my own digital marketing & web design agency.

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING
“If there’s a word I associate most strongly with the coaching I received from Caitlin, the word would be ‘clarity’. Caitlin is extremely thoughtful in how she structures her practice and helped me uncover clarity as a client through her strengths-based approach rooted in empathy and expertise. I’m grateful to have found a coach who genuinely champions and invests in her clients’ growth.” —F.D.
“Caitlin is the best! I really appreciate her fresh perspective. I’d been stuck for weeks and just couldn’t budge off this one approach—I just wasn’t seeing other options. After our chat it felt like a huge weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. On a much deeper level, I feel energized again.” —D.C.
“Caitlin has 30+ years of lived experience as an ADHD-er, which is evident in the compassion she holds and seemingly boundless resources she’s able to offer. She’s also warm and curious, which leads to asking excellent questions in the process of supporting her clients to find their answers and build what they want to in their lives.” —Y.G.
“Coaching was a process of discovery and experimentation, in which mindfulness became a key to my success. I began to notice and really pay attention to what I was feeling. I realized some of what I was experiencing, like overwhelm and lethargy, was not normal.
If Caitlin hadn’t gotten me thinking about alternatives (and true mindfulness) I would probably still be suffering an imbalance as I had for years. Now, my routine is set. I’m sleeping well, exercising regularly, crushing it at work, enjoying my evenings, and connecting with family and friends.
Seems simple…but without Caitlin helping me to think through my foundation and focusing on why it’s important… I don’t see how I’d be here today. Genuinely so glad I met her.” —A.P.
