ADHD COACHING
ADHD & Life Coaching for adults in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. I specialize in working with women in tech, entrepreneurs, new moms, and creatives.
I take a collaborative and highly customized approach that begins and ends with each client’s personal formula for success. I can help you learn how your ADHD brain works, uncover your strengths, get clear on what matters most, and start taking positive, aligned action.
As a coach and fellow ADHDer, I appreciate the value of having an honest, kind, and fiercely compassionate partner to navigate the ups and downs of the ADHD journey. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and connection, so you can work towards the life you’ve always dreamed of.
MEET CAITLIN
CERTIFIED ADHD & LIFE COACH (ACCG, PCAC)
Hi! I’m Caitlin O’Brient Bauer, an ACCG advanced certified ADHD Coach trained by the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), PCAC certified coach (PAAC), & a member of the ICF.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 8. It took finding genuine interest in my first love, the theatre, to start engaging my strengths and growing beyond the limitations of my condition. I went on to earn a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami (Go Canes!) and work in professional theatre. I also have over a decade of entrepreneurial expertise running my own digital marketing & web design agency.

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING
“Caitlin has 30+ years of lived experience as an ADHD-er, which is evident in the compassion she holds and seemingly boundless resources she’s able to offer. She’s also warm and curious, which leads to asking excellent questions in the process of supporting her clients to find their answers and build what they want to in their lives.” —Y.G.
“Caitlin is the best! I really appreciate her fresh perspective. I’d been stuck for weeks and just couldn’t budge off this one approach—I just wasn’t seeing other options. After our chat it felt like a huge weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. On a much deeper level, I feel energized again.” —D.C.
